The hotel is an enterprise of he association T-Interactions. It strive to offer professional training and employment to persons that experience social difficulties and/or with a disability so that they can get their lives back on track.
While it is a normal commercial and competitive business, it is structured in such a way as to facilitate a balance between persons’ needs and the production of quality products and services. This is accomplished through partnerships with existing Geneva economic and social resources.
